Do I need a teaching background?
Not necessarily. Strong group management, a responsible attitude, and an interest in learning are enough. We train you on the rest.
How much prep time does a session need?
With our scripts, scenarios, and AI assistance tools, prep is meant to be light. You add the finishing human touch.
Do I need a high-end PC?
If your computer runs Minecraft Java stably and handles a video call, you're good. You do need a stable internet connection, tho.
How many hours a week is this?
Flexible. Most Gedus run between 2 and 10 sessions a week. You pick your slots.
Where do sessions happen?
Online. All Gedu Academy training and sessions happen in digital spaces we operate.
What languages do you operate in?
English, Finnish and Swedish at the moment. Other languages follow. Our platform is in Klingon, too! Would you like to help us to add a new language?
How does payment work?
You operate as an independent professional on our platform. You set your availability, build your client base, and earn from the sessions you run. We'll walk you through the full structure after you complete Level 0 and indicate you'd like to continue.
I'm neurodivergent. Is this work suitable?
Yes. Many of our best Gedus are neurodivergent themselves, and supporting neurodivergent children is a core part of our training.
What happens after Level 0?
If you've completed Level 0 and want to continue, you'll have a conversation with someone from our team. That's where we cover the full picture, including numbers and timing.
